In this project, we built a bicycle trailer that can be used as a mobile cocktail bar, so we could enjoy delicious, chilled drinks in the Schlossgarten in Karlsruhe.
We started with an old bike trailer as a base and added the bar step by step. The entire concept is based on Euroboxes. The bar consists of a removable table with a rail to hold the Euroboxes securely. Additionally, we added four adjustable feet to make it more stable. Each layer of the bar can fit two 400×600 mm Euroboxes side by side, providing plenty of space for drinks and supplies.
To keep the drinks and ice cool, we use an insulated Eurobox. Beyond this, there are several ideas for future upgrades to make the bar even more functional and fun.
